Please for the H and C what do someone need to be successful? I have submitted and it says PR in process. I got letter of reception from Vancouver last year May and when I checked portal it says it started since September 2022. When will I expect it

How long does it take to receive the portal invitation? I received the email that asks for info confirmation and I replied back on Jan 19th. I haven't gotten the invitation + credentials yet.
Also for some reason my ecas profile disappeared. It just says: "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided." It was 'Decision Made' before.

I was happy but I'm kinda worried now because: a) Ecas disappeared b) It normally takes 1 week or less to get credentials. It's been more than a month for me. Please help if anyone knows what's going on

May i know where IRCC issued your first stage decisions for both applications ? did you receive your AIP from vancouver ?
My refusal was issued in Vancouver 26 august 2022
