Hi , My postal application just says processing at Consulate General. Is there anywhere else i can track? My home address in india has changed so need to call the police station once verification mail goes to them
Hi, I am in the same boat. How long has it been stuck at "Processing at Consulate General"? Did you receive any Initiation email with CAT file number?

Hello Friend, what did you do after this? My status is also stuck here from last 8 days. Is it a cause of concern or should I just wait?

Does anyone know how to get Indian PCC for Australia immigration from Canada. Actually i got PR invitation from Australia and i applied for Indian PCC from Canada which i received 2 days ago but it has line that this PCC is only valid for Canada immigration purposes so i am very worried right now if Australia CO will accept this or not. If anyone knows here how to do it please let me know or someone migrates from Canada to Australia plesae help me that how he/she gets her Indian PCC done

Thanks, it asks for my application number, but it says not valid. In the bls site, its same status. but yesterday evening india time police came and verified
I had to send my parents in India to the police station to expedite the process, until then the application was sitting there with SP office! Verification was done couple days ago and today the status on passport seva portal has changed to "Police Verification Report is clear. PCC is available for issuance." Hope it moves fast from here on...
You should receive an email with CAT file number on it. Check your spam folder just to be sure.

CAT no is already generated, but no email yet. Status changed on Friday, waiting for email.
You can wait for a week to see if police contacts your home address. If no movement in a week, I would advise you to send someone to the police station with CAT file number and they would be able to find your application in their systems.
