I have been unable to login to my tracker since January 10,2023.It is a family application and the same issue applies to all member.
I have sent a web form but no solution was proffered.

I have the same issue, that my citizenship tracker keeps on loading and nor working. I did receive the Ceremony invitation this week. Can someone (@Bleykgh@marygbrasil@Monxxo@nimarbrar ) please confirm that it started working after the ceremony?

Thanks for the update. Have you had your ceremony yet?. If so, could you please let me know how long it took to receive the citizenship certificate and then, to get the passport?
