not yet applied. I am in phase of GIC account, I am not sure if my brother can submit it from there or I must have to send my Pakistan

No idea, do a bit of research on this. Technical matters! One has to be very careful regarding this.

the 10000$ ? we sending into the bank. like bank statement, do I need to keep them there for period of time and then show it to embassy?

GIC is not as bank statement. This remains with the Canadian bank for an year. and they release payment with a specific breakup
