My citizenship test is scheduled to take place between 27 February and 20 March.
I was hoping that my background verification gets completed when I saw the ghost update few days ago, but at least my application started to move finally.

Damn that’s awesome. I wonder what triggered them to look at your file. In your email to the Vancouver office what did you say?
I’m sure your background verification was completed. They don’t give out test invites before the background is cleared. So, they just haven’t updated that but they must have completed it. You’re well on your way! Just goes to show, only a matter of time before they clear everyone else.
Hopefully @Jadjood ‘s application moving is a sign for us all :/
How long did it take for you to get the certificate?
For the passport, did you use normal processing or expedited?
I think your mp following up worked.. they are making us work so hard for a process which should work on its own !

I think so, I think this KL21907 is a process code not an agent. So when IRCC assign an application to KL21907 it means further screening or non routine application.
I also think everyone's background verification is being done despite the fact that ATIP notes indicate otherwise.
I hope thar all pending applications from November 2021 will see significant progress within the next 30 days. Our applications are long overdue for processing and need immediate attention from IRCC
I doubt my MP did anything at all, she has not responded to me and I saw ghost update just few hours after I had contacted her.
