Police Certificate for PR application

Hi everyone,
I am an international student currently studying in Ontario and am about to graduate my college program. Once I eventaully go to apply for PR, do I need a police clearance certificate?
Please note I am a Pakistani national who was living in Saudi Arabia. I moved from Saudi to Canada only two weeks after turning 18 so I'm unsure if a clearance certificate is needed in my case. I have been in Canada since.

Yes you will definitely need a PCC from all the countries that you lived for more than 6 months.

Is the 6 month criteria active after one turns 18? Since I only lived in Saudi for two weeks after turning 18 and was in Canada since then.

of that I am not sure. But I would suggest you to apply for one from Saudi, if the process is not bad/hard.
