Did you send Study Permit request? Some said the minor dependents should request SP in order to get PPR as well.Hello, I have unique situation:
Applicant and Spouse have received PPR request on Jan 15, 2023
But there is no PPR request for Kids 8 and 10 yrs old. Medical of kids was done and they are included in eligibility letter
What should be done next ?

Medical : Sept 2022
Eligibility letter : Jan 7, 2023

for you its already 5 months and wait max 1 more month and God will grace his blessing on youAfter medical done in sep. 2022. Ircc asked for all copies of passport. Anybody knows how much time they need to take for ppr

Just go ahead and submit your passports and theirs with Passport request letter and the eligibility letter. Your last statement is WRONG. You stated that ”those who have already reached Canada, they still have to complete 24 months”. That is INCORRECT.One good news .. Caregiver total experience is reduced from 24 months to 12 months. This option is for those whose file is under processing. All those who have already reached Canada , they still have to complete 24 months..

Read carefully that News Release by IRCC.
Effective April 30,2023 the amount of work experience in Canada required for a caregiver to qualify for permanent residence is being reduced from 24 months to 12 months.
