I am asking because the company I join is notoriously for terminate people easily and I do not have time. Just wondering if you can apply under both AIP and Common law just be safe.
Of course you can. They'll just ask you to withdraw the other application on the basis of which one is finalized first. Honestly CL would be my second preference as you may feel like you owe someone for the rest of your life (if it's a Canadian PR/citizen) that's sponsoring you but that's just my view.
