I am so stressed because my bank refused to write this famous letter POF
So i wrote a letter of explaination with:
- bank certificate with all my accounts
- copy of email of my banker who say that he´s unable to give some informations on a special letter. He also put date of opening of all my accounts
- My last 6 months bank statement for all my accounts
- A synthesis of all my accounts with accounts numbers and balances

I sent my documents today. hope it should be ok. I gave them all my informations from France. Cannot do more

You should be good,
IRCC just want to check any bulk transactions as if you have borrowed money etc

And monthly balance helps them confirm that you will have the kind of money when they give you PR.

Actually I had reveived money. I lended money to my sister on October 2021 and she gave me back tje same amount on January 2023. I added the 2
Bank accounts to prove it (exact same amount and name and bank account). Hope it works

Not to the liking of visa officer
But they normally don't refuse as long as you have the funds

Thanks for your answer. Now i will ser their decision and hope that they will ask me aditionnal documents instead of straight refusal
