WES name different from my passport name

My WES name matches with my education credentials. However, the name in my passport has my initials expanded so there's a mismatch. Will this be a problem?
Is is okay if I submit an LOE? Or should I redo my WES?

Better to write a LOE because I am pretty sure WES will make you crazy to get it corrected. You would be lucky if WES acknowledges this.
