Foreign work experience overlaps with Canadian experience

Hi,

I have been employed in my country for a total of 3.5 years, during which I worked 1.5 years in Canada on a closed work permit.

How do I fill in my work experience?

a- 3.5 years of work experience abroad + 1.5 years of Canadian experience. My two reference letters say exactly that.
b- 2 years (=3.5 -1.5) of foreign work experience + 1.5 years of Canadian experience.

Any help will be highly appreciated

I already got an ITA, and when I modify my work history as in b, my CRS decreses below the cut off.
What should I do?
a- Refuse the ITA. Then, modify my WE and wait again for another ITA.
b- Keep the ITA, add a second language test to boost my CRS above the cut off and apply with LOE to explain what happened.

You have to decline the ITA , your increased score after ITA is not considered hence your decreased score will result in refusal.
