yes, call them ask each category status and last time that officer touch your case

I think we are in some kind of line waiting for a bulk action. I called IRCC on Feb 13 and the agent told me my file went back to Etobicoke, my primary VO. This might be the case for some of us

we may have the same situation, my primary office is Etobicoke too. l hope my case goes to Etobicoke, it's a very fast office.
