Can i use my South African passport to travel from Nigeria to Canada

Am a South African national. Currently present in Nigeria for 3 weeks and I had a visa from an agent in Nigeria. Can I use my South African passport to travel from Nigeria to Canada or I need to go back to South Africa before I travel to Canada. Your feedback will be much appreciated

You can travel from Nigeria to Canada provided you have valid Canadian visa.
