Am I Seasonal Resident or Settler on B4 - Personal Effects Accounting Document form?

Hey guys:

I have my COPR and visa for express entry and I am going to be traveling to Canda soon (Vancouver). I am filling out the Personal Effects Accounting Document and it has a 'Classification Type' which I am confused about. The Settler category says 'I am entering Canada with the intention of establishing, for the first time a permanent residence for a period in excess of 12 months and I arrived in Canada on ____'

Problem is, in a couple of months (about 3-4 months), I will be traveling back from Canada to the US for a couple of months after I get my Canadian PR card. Does that mean I am not a 'Settler' on this form?

There's another category, 'Seasonal Resident' which says 'I arrived in Canada to occupy my seasonal residence for the first time on _____' Should I go for this one?

What do I do?

No. You need to pick the first one.

Thank you. I guess when it says 'establish permanent residence in excess of 12 months' what it means is I could still travel out of Canada (after I get the permanent resident card) but when I come back in, the time spent in Canada will count toward permanent residence.
