I need advice on how to apply for a PRTD for my son. We landed in Canada but had to return due to a work commitment. We received our PR cards, but my son's PR card was held due to an issue with the photo.

I would like to know how to apply for a PRTD for a minor who is less than 18 years old.

Sure you will have to complete and make payment for him on his behalf. He will be the applicant.
