Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program (eligibility of occupation)

Hello everyone.
I have a lot of questions regarding MPNP as there are a lot of things which confuse me.
I'm a Ukrainian national, CUAET holder.
If I come to Manitoba and work here continuously for six months it's Skilled Worker Manitoba stream. And six months of employment is adaptability factor.
The question is whether it matters which occupation or NOC code I work in?
Does this stream have anything to do with Manitoba in demand? (There is a list of eligible occupation in Manitoba in demand stream and it seems there is no such a list in skilled worker Manitoba)
Several immigration websites have following information:
Temporary foreign workers in occupations not on Manitoba published in-demand occupation list who have worked a minimum of 12 months in Manitoba.
So adaptability factor is 6 months of ongoing employment which makes you eligible to apply but on the other hand it requires 12 months.
Simply put if I come to Manitoba and work as a labourer somewhere on a factory or warehouse will I be eligible?
Please help me to figure it out and correct me if I'm wrong at some point.
