Took in person oath but TRACKER still shown "In Progress" and ECAS as "Complete "

Hello,

My wife took oath of citizenship in first week of January and was given certificate in an in person ceremony. She also applied and got passport. However, her tracker still shown oath is "In Progress". Do we need to do anything?

Please note that

ECAS (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en)status is "Complete"

Tracker(https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login) status is "In Progress"

Congratulations,
As long as she has her citizenship certificate and passport in hand there is no need to worry about it. The tracker will take its time to update

How long it took for you to receive the certificate after the oath? I am guessing your office was Calgary.

I got mine within 2 days. I had requested expediting the certificate during the oath. Also, had very positive experience with the immigration officers at the Calgary office. They were friendly and professional. The whole process went smoothly except for the initial hiccups. I received my aor after 2 months for some reason, applied in April 2022.
