This is for my friend who already has study permit since Oct 2021. Apparently the new rules allow you to work more than 20 hours, but you're required to fill and submit a form. Thanks in advance

Check the link @Naturgrl posted in this thread. You can work full-time if you submitted your study visa application on or before October 7, 2022.
