Received Passport Ready for Visa email but I am leaving the country

Hello all,

I received the PPR email from Vienna while I am living in Germany.

In two weeks I have to go to Qatar for more than 90 days.

I am not sure what to do next? Can I submit my passport to vfs in Qatar? Please help!

Does anyone know what is the peocess to change VAC after receiving PPR email? Is through an address change web form?
