Agreed, Mine is also Ottawa & Oct 2020 AOR -- 26 months in but still waiting. They request ADR for wife in November but silence since then

CIC released new Application Status Tracking tool. According to it, my background check was passed on Oct 31, 2022! Will be expecting PR soon. Pasting the link if anybody else is interested.

Can anyone say if the password for the tracker is the same as the one you use to log in to GCKey?

I’ve been trying to log in using the exact password as my GCKey but it’s not working.

Use the instructions from the page to create a new login. GCKey does not work for Application Tracking website (which is different).

Mine will be 36 months next month. Just got my third ADR for PCC, that's after getting PAL last August.

Click "Register Now". It will ask you to fill couple of details. In the city of birth section, make sure you enter city,state/province otherwise it will give your error

Yes, I'm getting the error but as far as I can tell I'm entering everything exactly

Correct these errors:

• Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

That's the error I'm getting but I didn't use a representative.

This new tool is really helpful compared to the previous one. Thanks for posting about it here.
While registering, have to be sure of putting exact birth place which was put during initial application submission. It took me couple of trials but managed to register.

Thanks for the encouragement, I just cant figure out what I'm doing wrong. It seems to be indicating that I used a representative.

Even I was getting the same error. Try and fetch the exact format for your birth place that you put while submitting your application. I didn’t have the patience so I did trial and error.
