I don't have job responsibilities mentioned in my School teaching experience certificate, what can I do?

The Principal who signed my Experience Certificate is also no longer serving at the school, there is a new Principal now, what can I do in this case? Will it be an issue if I get a signature from the new Principal with another letter with duties mentioned?

Will this new Principal vouch for you? If yes than go ahead. Contact the old Principal to enquire if it would be fine to give his details to IRCC even though not workin there anymore.

I'm not sure if the new Principal will agree, I might be able to acquire a separate sheet mentioning the duties but with the signature of HR Manager most probably. Is it okay if that's the case? Do I need to contact the old Principal either way?

With the principal it is the fact that they dealt with you directly, knows you which is not the case with the new Principal. In case IRCC wants to verify.

I found out today from a school admin that the new principal is willing to give a new certificate with everything that's necessary mentioned, however his own contact number will not be there. The contact number and email address will be the school's official one printed. So If IRCC wants to verify, they will want to verify with the school and not directly from the Principal right? I will go and meet the new Principal either way and introduce myself so he knows that I did work there before.

Its a good idea to have school's number and not personal number. It depends upon the officer if they want to talk with Principal directly.
Just a heads up try to find who answers the calls and make sure you mention this to that person in case that person is asked about you and they are able to vouch for you.
