I have been attempting to submit my photo for a PR card, but it keeps getting rejected. I haven't received any email explaining the rejection, but when I log in to the portal website, it states that I need to submit a photo. I am confident that I have met all the requirements. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I think it’s system error. I had same problem once but after I refreshed the page it shows submitted. I think they will contact you if the photo doesn’t meet their requirements.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share some information with you. You can now link your Permanent Resident Card application to your GCKey (MyCIC account). I tried it myself and received an application number starting with the letter "R". Check out the link: https://askkubeir.com/pr-card-application/
