Good luck
Thanks! The plan is to read the book 2x and audio book once. Then do practice tests. Planning to take it on Feb 15.

I did submit that CBSA ATIP request last night. I hope that doesn't slow down anything. I had read somewhere that ATIP requests put the app on hold sometimes. This might be incorrect information.

Honestly look at us, got test and BG completed still waiting from almost 2 weeks for even a GU. Lol. I just feel they are gonna move at their own pace even though we make all efforts. So I just let it be. reading the book twice is more then enough but yeah if audio helps you then go for it!! I wanted to give it on last day but I got so frustrated with reading and doing the test samples everyday that I just ended up giving it on the 4th day into the test window. Like I always say the real struggle is taking photos and all before the test starts. Given your office is slow, I would say take the picture as clear as you can so that they don't come back to you months later that IDs not clear. Why to take a chance lol!!

I got the test invite email today, the email seems coming from Scarborough office, I thought my application is processed in Vancouver, since I got the FP request from there
Vancouver IRCC handles all FP requests. Your processing office is where you got the test invite email from

This may be obvious information but I couldn't find what type of appointment I need to book. When going to an accredited fingerprinting website, they have several different types of appointments.

I'm checking all the documentation I have recieved.

Options that made sense were:
1. One person, One digital set
2. One person, Multiple digital sets

Just digital. RCMP only accepts digital prints transmitted to it

Example in BC:
https://commissionaires.bc.ca/fingerprinting/
Click on Schedule an Appointment and you'll see

RCMP Accredited FP Services:
https://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/private-fingerprinting-companies-accredited-by-the-RCMP

Edit:
Looks like Calgary Police Service does not do finger printing for non criminal matters

that's great! i was confused that my ecas (decision made) update could be a misleading one, but i can confirm that it meant something! some days after that my tracker was updated with various tracks showing completed, and then the oath ceremony updation! even till now, after becoming a citizen, my online tracker says "in progress" :D:D
Does your Oath Says in progress.
Usually out tracker has a trend to update On Thursday into Friday.
Hope the update mine and see I still need to take the Oath

Hi, I also received the FP request today. Can we directly do FP with RCMP and they forward to IRCC or we have to go through one of the accredited services?
