I have bachelors in civil which I have evaluated with Wes and I have enrolled myself in post graduate certificate in industrial safety in distance education On a 6 months duration with IGNOU will WES evaluate and consider this certificate and give two or more certificates points?

No. Must be at least 8 months.

If the program states that it is a minimum of 8 months (two semesters), it is possible you will get it assessed as one year. If course program says 6 months then no. ECA group may not assess it as post grad program.
