Does Background completed mean security is done?

Because GCMS has no info about security, and after Background and test completed, I have no update at all.
So I wonder whether I am stuck in security clearance? or my security is done already?

If your Background Check is complete, it means that the following two components are complete: RCMP Criminality check and CSIS security checks
