Online should have received AOR way back. Are you sure you checked spam and all to see you did not miss the email? Search for email from "@cic.gc.ca" . Faster way for you to get the Application Number which you will need for create account on tracker site would be to call IRCC(888-242-2100). Webform will be pretty slow for this.

No still waiting. I wrote my test on the 29th at 10pm since my wind start from midnight EST on the 29th

Same here, I'm from Calgary, the test invite came from West, passed it on 30th, still waiting for it to complete in the portal (currently In Progress).

For me it was GU on Jan 19 then an actual update on the tracker on Feb 1
