Asking this question for one of my friend. His Express entry account was closed automatically multiple times saying you are not eligible. Not sure why!! Can anyone suggest why this is happening and what are the options for him?

Happen to me as well. I was on a closed WP and was trying to claim points for that which made me in eligible. No sure what your case it.
