PCC SOMALILAND

I am an Indian citizen and I worked in Somaliland from 2018 to 2021 now I am back in India
My real concern is how can I get a PCC from Somaliland I tried checking various websites and got a contact of an immigration officer who claimed i can't get PCC from Somaliland if i am no more in the country.

Has anyone obtained PCC from or can anyone guide what to do in this case.

Ideally you need to provide but if you can't then you can provide an Letter of Explanation to why you can't provide it Google for the LOE template for PCC and attach the mail communication you had with the officer. Good Luck

As per wikipedia, internationally, Somaliland is still considered as a part of Somalia. And in the below link, Somaliland is not an option among the list of countries:

However, for Somalia, it says "You do not have to provide a police certificate from Somalia unless we ask for one."

So I would suggest you to submit the application while mentioning this in the Letter of Explanation.
