I applied from Nigeria 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard from them. What should I do please?

H&C means they do not meet RO (been staying outside of Canada more than 3 years since your landing as PR in Canada) and have other reasons to explain why they were not able to travel back to Canada (e.g. serious illness of immediate family and no one else could stay and give the care except themselves)

How long can a PR stay outside Canada?
If you haven't been in Canada for at least 730 days during the last five years, you may lose your PR status.

Got their response after 15 months. It was a refusal from them, So I have appealed their decision in IAD.
