I just received my CBSA notes.

Status is same as told by IRCC over the phone.

I want to know what does it mean by application assignment due date ?
Eligibility passed
Security not started
Criminality not started
Medical passed
Info sharing complete

Application assessment due date 2022/02/19
Assigned by D0011
Assigned to RC-2710

Hi, due date means nothing bro. By the way my AOR is 21st July 2021 and i have been assigned to the same agent as yours. My due date was also the same.

If you check the due date for your security, it will be some date in December of 2022. RC-2710 is super lazy as i have researched and found out.

The due dates are mostly insignificant. Most of them a system generated. Files keep pending way past the due date and in some cases get processed well before that.

@legalfalcon can you advise if assigned to and assigned by codes have any significance and are they codes for visa officers?

They are codes for different officers and have no relevance as such in terms of processing times.

1) Your file is in New Delhi
2) OVS APR means your are an overseas applicant (outland)
3) Means CPC-Mis. Sent your application to New Delhi to continue the process there.

Hi Guys,

i order my GCMS notes, they have changed my office due to TFR-Workload (Re-distribution) and Location : COmplex file ,

Can anyone guide on these two terms please, my status is citizenship test and Background check is completed,

Language , prohibiton , residnce not started yet ,

Although it shows Refusal ground :1 , dates shows in 2014 .. not sure what it is .

My AOR is Sep 2021 and still in process. Thanks all for guiding and the help.

My sponsor application for my husband was refused. On my GCMS notes, it says my security assessment is "Cancelled." What does cancelled security check mean? Would anyone be able to help me? Thank you so much.

Hi all. I am sponsoring my spouse and GCMS currently says info sharing is in progress. All but 1 partner status is NRT, while the last one says "Ready to be Assessed". Out of curiosity, does this mean ready to be assessed by the PARTNER or by IRCC?

I was extremely browsing this add and came across your post last Jul 7, 2022, I wonder to ask what happen already to your application? I have the same notes as yours, under Security "NOT Started".. How long did you wait for your application to be finalized and got decision? Thank you. Hoping for your kind respond regarding this matter.

Hello everyone,

I requested for my spouse GCMS notes back in October 2022 and received it in January 2023. However, it had only 25 pages while the previous notes received in June and September 2022, had almost 100 pages each).
I made the following observations:
* It shows it was last updated in mid-November 2022.
* The Eligibility Assessment section was missing.
* All agents code names were omitted.
* PAPER FILE part on page 2 and Secondary offices were missing.

It is my understanding that once a recent update is made(November 2022), it should be indicated on the file... for example ADR, file transfer to another LVO or whatever the case may be. Surprisingly, no movement can be seen on the notes.

This is an outland spousal sponsorship. I would truly appreciate it if anyone can give any insight on what should be expected.
