this is my case to have an idea

According to the application status tracker, my biometrics and medical exam have been completed, and background verification was completed on December 10, 2022. However, the eligibility review has not yet started (February 19, 2023), and it's been a while since my application was submitted.

-Application sent online December 09, 2021
- IRCC Received it Jun 10, 2022
- Medical exam has been completed October 14, 2022
- Background verification has been completed December 10, 2022
- Eligibility review not yet started February 19, 2023
