How long before the online status is updated after the application is received?

Basically the title. My application was received on Jan 11 but when I go to check the status online, it says it can't find the application. I know it doesn't update until they start the processing but it's been like 3 weeks.

Does anyone know how long before the online status is updated?

What application are you referring to? PR Card? Renewal?
