Letter of Experience

Hello everyone,
I’m writing you cause I m a bit concerned about my ITA and I’m asking for your advices.
I’m in France and i have been extracted in January. So I filled my profile and then, IRCC asked me 3 letters of experience from the 3 previous employers that I put.
I called the HR, I wrote many emails to ask them this letter but actually I think I will only have 1 letter on the 3 needeed. Besides, I have everything requested as my contracts, my work certificates with the exact dates of employment and my payslips.
Do you think for the 2 missing letters I have to write a letter of explaination which tells that I wasn’t be able to get that letter ? And I’ll add all the documents I have for each experience.
i have allthe other papers and I’m so scared to be refused or rejected just because I don’t have those letters. I told them it’s vital for me to get those letters but it looks like it’s a no.
what do you suggest ? Is it over for me without those letters ?

Yes write letter of explanation saying that I take the responsibility of working there for the time period and is attaching all the paperwork to support this but the employer is refusing to give me a generic letter.

yes that is what I’ll do. I have 3 previous employers declared and only 1 letter. So i will write two letters of explaination. I work it will work withtge others. Justifications. I don t k’ow how they will verify.
