so it's already 19 weeks since you applied? did you raise a web form or try to reach IRCC by phone?

We are in Week 18. And actually since we applied from Israel, I think the Israeli estimate applies which is around 11-12 weeks.
Either way, we have raised multiple webforms. We only get generic replies, and for the last one raised a few days ago, we didn't even get that much.
Now, I have requested for GCMS notes under the Privacy Act.

hello, my husband is an Iranian citizen living in Australia now. I am a Canadian PR and sponsoring him to come to Canada. His application has been transferred to Ankara office, we guess maybe because he studied in Turkey for 4 years. Is anyone in the same situation as us? No clue why it's transferred to Turkey.
