Letter of employment legal first name

Hello,

I have a concern about my legal first name on employment letter.

My legal first name goes xxx xxx. There is a space between characters.

Every single employment letter I have does not have space between and has xxxxxx as my first name.

Does this create a problem in IRCC's view?

No this will not have any problem. Unless spelling of your name is completely different, this will be a non issue.
