Question for RNIP Program Sudbury

Hello everyone,
Hope all are doing well. I would like to apply for the RNIP Program from the Sudbury community.
I am working as a Project Engineer in a mining company at Sudbury. Before applying for this program, I have some queries. Can someone please answer me on my queries?

1. How long it will take to get the recommendation letter from community and after it how long it will take to get the PR via IRCC portal?
2. Is it better and faster to get the PR rather than going for the Canadian Experience class? I have some good score in the CEC as well (checked it through the score tables for CEC)
3. My wife is living outside of Canada. So, in order to apply for her PR as well, do I need to apply for her recommendation letter from Sudbury? Or I just need one recommendation letter to apply for the PR for both of us under IRCC website?

I would really appreciate if someone can help me on these questions listed above.

Thank you.

What is your CRS score? There are not any CEC draws, only open draws. If you can get ITA through EE then do that. As for processing, contact RNIP Sudbury for information. That will be their processing not processing for PR. You include your spouse in PR application.

I checked my CRS Score and it is already 561. I am not sure which process is faster one. RNIP or CEC? Because i read from forum that some people got their PR quicker via Provincial Nominee rather than CEC.
What do you suggest according to your experience?

561? Do you have an EE profile? Assume you are on a closed work permit, one year skilled Canadian experience, have a masters, know French and English. If really 561, you would have an ITA long ago.

I am living and working in Sudbury since one year.
My condolences. Sudbury is lucky to have you if you want to stay.

There is no way in the world you have a 561 score, you have probably done some error in the calculation. If you had 561, you'd be smart enough to figure you could do CEC and would have PR in 2 months and not even need to contemplate RNIP and the restrictions that come with it.

Agree. Now way 561 as he could have been in the pool by now. Must know French and English to get those points.

French, English, PhD, TEER 0 job, valid job offer, age <30. Sounds suspicious, could probably become CEO of Microsoft or TD instead of chasing RNIP Sudbury
