I tried calling on above number none them is working. Any other source to contact?

I submitted my FP at an agency the same day I received the request. The agency is supposed to send it to RCMP and they are supposed to send the results to ircc.
is that understanding correct ? Also,does tje tracker show any update related to FP submission/receipt etc.?

I hadn't seen anything since my last ghost update, so I called IRCC.
I had to wait about 15 minutes but got through and chatted with someone. They confirmed that my Security has passed, but the other two components of BG are in progress right now.

Hopefully I see them completed soon. No FP request or any other pending things from what they could see.

Most likely you will get a FP request, and it is where things go down a rabbit hole, no one knows when! Every office/agent is so different.
My spouse has the same case, waiting since Dec 20 (security passed but not criminality).
Did you ask which is your local office as well?

My office is Calgary I believe.

Anyone from vancouver office did his test and still waiting the tracker to be updated. Did mine on Jan 16, and no updates since then. Still shows waiting on you to take the test. Starting to panic lol.
