I have also been processed by my Employer in India as Intra Company Transfer - Global Skill Strategy (Specialised Knowledge) and have LMIA Exempt ID, currently awaiting visa decision - medical cleared and biometric submitted.
Can I claim additional points based on this intra company transfer in my express entry profile today despite not working out of Canada currently? Or, should I work for a year then claim point based on CEC?

You can’t claim 50 additional points until you have one year of Canadian experience. If eligible for EE now without job offer and points then submit a profile.
