Linking application to GC Key

[Confused in Toronto]

I submitted a paper application to renew my PR card in 2018. I am now reapplying on paper to do the same. The latest application was received on December 15th. However, when I try to link my paper application to my online account, the only application that turns up is the one from 2018. How can I add the new application? Is it not found because they haven't started working on it yet?

Takes awhile for it to be active in GCKEY, more or less until they start processing it.

Hi...I have tried Linking as well, however same old application keeps showing....did you manage to link it yet?

If i already did the linking and is showing the old application from 2017, do i need to try linking it again ?
