Hi all,
I am planning to submit my e-APR by end of February 2023 (my last date is March 15, 2023). I am flying to my home country at the end of March 2023 and planning to stay for about 35 days. So, I will hopefully be returning first week of May 2023.
My question is, Is this travel after submitting my e-APR going to be a problem? I've heard in a YouTube short that I can only accept the CoPR if I am physically in Canada, and there are some other rules too. For example, if I do go out of Canada after my e-APR that I should inform IRCC before leaving Canada and after coming back.
But I don't really have the full picture here. I am guessing it will take at least 6 months from the date I submit my e-APR to get the CoPR. Will it them be safe for me to go back home in the mean time for a month?
