EE Profile - Work Experience Job Title Change

Hello,

I have been working at the same employer in Canada for 1 year
But around the 11th month, my job title has changed. But everything else ( job duties, salary etc.) stayed exactly the same

So my question is in my ee profile work experience part:
Do I need to make 2 separate job entries for my job or can I just keep it as one and just update the job title.

No there's no standardisation in designations so designations don't matter.
Job duties and employer are same so it has to be one entry
