Oh, Mr. muffin guy lol. He is a good lawyer from what I heard. I also heard that he quite pricey. TBH, your case is not that unique or convoluted. Whatever option you choose, you will either not get ADR, or get ADR. The end result won't be any different.

Yeah his fee is $5275 and I paid $325 for initial consultation but he definitely know his stuff. But price is not the issue because I don't want to regret afterwards. Do you think it will be difficult for me to get my PR with this issue?

Nah. I don't see the issue at all. Your marriage is obviously not done for immigration purposes (if you got married after ITA/COPR, then maybe but y'all been married for a while). Again, if you want a piece of mind, pay him or check out other lawyers. Ask him if he will be able to represent you in the federal court if you get rejected and decide to file a judicial review. If yes, how much will it cost.

Yes I will pay the rest of amount to him tomorrow and discuss about how big is this issue for my application. But I search everywhere and did not found any case in which PR application was refused due to relationship doubts. While there are few cases but they were refused because of incorrect marriage ceritificate format.Afterall, It is the economic class program not the family class application.Moreover, I have the Provincial nomination.
