My CRS is 446, how likely is it for the CRS cut off score to drop up this level .

You should assume it will not go this low. Either increase your points or look into the PNP programs.

Learn French, just got an email from IRCC saying they are going to start a campaign to give priority and extra points to French speaking immigrants. About to start soon. You might have also got one.

Thank you for the inputs, but do I have to apply separately for PNP. ? I understand that PNP also requires an Express Entry profile, which I have already, so there anything I need to act up on for PNP ?

Could you recommend authentic French learning platforms for absolute beginners with no prior French language knowledge please?

We don't really know, but suppose that the CRS cut off score will drop by 2 points every 2 weeks. Now the minimum score is 490, so 44 points to go, which means 44 weeks from now. That is assuming there will be regular draws and the number of the people in the pool doesn't spike, and no change in the invitation pattern. A lot of conditionals.

I understand, thank you for the inputs. I would like a bit of clarity regarding PNP. At the moment, I already have an Express Entry profile, so do I have to apply separately for a specific Province?

You have to look closely for each province. I think for Ontario, there are some streams that operate through Express Entry - for these streams you don't need to apply separately.

Not all PNP programs go through EE. Suggest you research further.
