My file transferred to CPC Ottawa on 18 Jan after being INACTIVE since 9 Nov after multiple VO transfers (see my signature).

Biometrics: December 1, 2022

Medical: In Progress (weird that my Medical isn't passed yet since my Eligibility was already tagged as Passed. I submitted my old medical from 2020)
Eligibility: Passed (based on the IRCC Agent I called last January 27)
Criminality: Passed
Info Sharing: Passed
Security: Not yet started
Background Check: Not yet started
Primary VO: Ottawa
Secondary VO: Sydney

I've seen SVO Ottawa on November ITAs as well that have movements on their applications that are almost identical to mine.
I received an RPRF request last January 26 and paid on the same day as well. After a day, I called IRCC and had my Eligibility tagged as Passed based on the information they provided.

Update: Got GU2 eligibility passed on Jan 30 and apparently now Vos got switched, so CPC Ottawa became VO1 and CIO Sydney NS became VO2.
