I submitted my documents to IQAS on 16th September 2022. Application was received on 29th September 2022. Since 5th October 2022, the status has been under "Assessing - ON HOLD". Status definition shows "Your assessment cannot be completed until IQAS receives and logs additional documents, confirmation from educational institution etc." and Status Reason shows "additional program research required".
It has been 15 weeks since it has been showing ON HOLD. I have emailed them twice to enquire on the delay and if there are any issues with my application, but both times they replied "We cannot give you targeted information as we have no records with this combination of IQAS reference number, name, and email" despite me giving all the correct details.
I am very stressed and unsure what to do. I understand it might take a while for the assessment to be done and would like to check if anyone has experienced this in the past 6 months, and what the waiting time was like? Thank you so much for your inputs!
