Dependent child born outside canada PR sponsorship

Hai friends ,
I am a Canada PR holder, including my wife and elder son, currently staying in Qatar. Recently our second son arrived and who born outside canada. I kindly request you guys please help me to proceed through the family class dependent child sponsorship application. Which all are the documents I needed to upload to support my newborn PR application. How I start the application etc Please reply guys

You need to wait until you have moved to Canada before you can submit the PR application for your second son.

I am planning to move but not soon . So thats mean I cant apply for my dependent child sponsorship if I am not present in Canada

No. You must be in Canada to submit the application.

That's right. The first step is to return to Canada. Once you are physically back in Canada and living in Canada, you can submit the application.

If you wish for your son to come to Canada before the application is approved, you can try applying for a TRV for him.

Anyway Can u just mention which all are the forms and documents I needed to uploaded for dependent child sponsorship. And which way I start the application Is it through my gckey account or I have to make a new account for it

OP was already a PR when their child was born. Too late to amend the COPR. Not possible.
