Relationship proofs in express entry

I got ITA in the last express entry Draw and I am about to submit my file. I am married and my spouse's open work permit refused in 2019 twice. We did not apply for open work permit since then. Now, I need to submit my spouse's documents along with mine in express entry application such as PCC,ECA and marriage certificate. Should I submit any relationship proof such as recent calls history, money transfers or marriage pictures along with marriage certificate? Because there is only one section for submission of marriage certificate. or should I submit only marriage certificate because open work permit and express entry are totally different applications.

Your marriage certificate should suffice. Also if the passport contains the spouse's name that helps.

I am so worried about this. its been already 4 years since we met each other. IRCC really needs to re-evaluate their system about family reunification.

Yes. Please submit as much proof as possible - marriage and other ceremony photos, any holidays spent together, call/chat history, bills or insurance policies where spouse was covered etc.

Yesterday I consult with two lawyers, one of them told me to upload all the supporting documents for my marriage because previously IRCC refused my spousal open work permit application twice. But where should I upload these documents. Should I attach them with marriage certificate or in others section with LOE. I already submitted my previous spousal application with ceremony photos and hotel bills etc. So maybe I should attach recent money transfers and courier slips this time in the express entry application. Please help me out here because this is so stressful for me.

I am not sure why the open work permit got refused twice. You should have for the case notes to better understand the reason of refusal. I'd recommend to scan everything into one PDF and attach it in the marriage cert section.

I have the notes, VO thinks my marriage is solely for immigration purpose and it is not genuine.

Sad to hear. Then provide as much proof as possible. Scan everything and upload to show your marriage is not a one of connivence i.e. immigration only. Hope it works good luck.
