Hope I can get some help regarding my issue. I’m currently working and have 1.5 years of TEER 2 work experience. Everything was going smoothly until my employer informed me that they are going to lay me off temporarily. I asked them how long will I be laid off and they said for over 1 month. I was going to complete 2 years of work experience in June.
My employer has given me two options, either they can put me on unpaid leave or lay me off and give me a ROE. I wanted to know what option would be better in terms of not affecting my work experience/crs points. Would it be better to be laid off or put on unpaid leave.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
