Correct - I received a UCI # with my AOR but I am not yet able to register for the online tracking portal as it apparently takes time for an application information to be uploaded despite receiving AOR.
Since I am applying from Quebec, before they request for my spouse’s biometric, and finger prints, should I not receive the spousal approval for CSQ?

Anyone can chime in on this please?

I’ve read in a few threads that it can take a few days after receiving AOR for the access to be opened for you to create the account. If you’ve received in the last couple days, that could be the issue.

Another common issue is when setting up the account, the number of applicants is entered incorrectly. # should be 2 (for primary applicant and sponsor) if there are any dependents in the application they would need to be factored into the number as well.

I’ve found this YouTube account to be very helpful, hopefully what he goes over in the video can resolve your issue:

I received the AOR on January 7 - it's been 9 days.

My wife received PR approval on Jan 4 and portal invitation on Jan 06, applied on the same day....still waiting for eCOPR. My wife is here on visitor visa, finishing 6 months on Feb 17, 2023 should we apply for extension of visitor visa?

When you submit online, they’ll be uploaded to the portal as individual documents/photos. Forms are separate to the supporting documents required.

Yes, same time. When you login to the application portal, there are options at the bottom to attach images and supporting documents.

In the PR Portal, the digital photo is now not been seen and it says " File not uploaded" Please provide information alongwith Add/Edit button. I was able to see it earlier.
