BVL and Medical released, yet no PPR

I don't know if am the only person experiencing this... My BVL was released since December 6th... Yet no PPR... My school will resume 30th January...

I applied for visitor visa on
25 Feb
1st march biometric
9th march got my BVL
But still no updates on PPR
( We don't need medical for our country ) kind of worried.
